1. Q: Is it easy to fold or move the machine?
A: Very easy. Lift the rear of the machine that will be folded up automatically.

2. Q: Why did I receive an error code "E7" on the display screen after I turned on the treadmill?
A: The safety key (red color) should be put in a designated position before operating electronic controllers.

3. Q: Is the machine running with noise when I put it in the bedroom?
A: It has a little noise in the beginning stage, but becomes quiet after 30 minutes, no issue if you put it in the bedroom.

4. Q: Is the music function difficult to set up?
