At Pit Bike USA, we stand behind every bike and part we sell. If your order is not what you expected, we will work with you to make it right. Please review our return terms below.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and uninstalled, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To begin a return, contact us at info@pitbikeusa.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized parts, items that have been installed, used or ridden, and hazardous materials such as flammable liquids, fuels, oils or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@pitbikeusa.com.
