Men
Most adult male riders between 5'5" and 6'1" fit the Light Bee X comfortably right out of the box. The 32.6-inch seat height allows confident footing at stops while leaving enough standover room for aggressive trail riding. Taller riders over 6'1" can still run the Light Bee X, but bar risers and a taller seat make long sessions far more comfortable.
Women
Women between 5'2" and 5'10" generally find the Light Bee X manageable, though the 32.6-inch seat can feel tall for shorter riders at a complete stop. A lowering link or a slimmer seat profile improves flat-foot reach without sacrificing performance. Many women riders prefer to lower the bike slightly while building confidence, then return to stock height as their skills grow.
Teens (14+)
Teenagers around 5'6" and taller can ride the Light Bee X safely with adult supervision and proper gear. Younger or shorter teens are better served by the Hyper Bee, which uses a lower seat height and smaller frame designed for developing riders. Matching the bike to the rider's current size, not their projected growth, keeps control predictable.
